Loan Process
The Way Liberty Can Help You

We have streamlined the process so that from loan request to funding, we can close a loan in a matter of days. The following steps are how we can work together to fund your loan quickly.

1. Loan Request
• Submit loan request via web site (go to borrower tab on home page and submit accordingly)
• Liberty Capital will get back to you within 24 hours of your loan request

2. Preapproval Process
• Complete online application with our preferred lender at www.guildmortgage.net/michellemireles
• Two years most recent tax returns with all schedules and pages
• 30 days most recent pay stubs
• 2 months most recent asset statements (checking, savings, 401K, etc.)

3. Underwriting Decision
• Guild Mortgage will underwrite and give us an approval letter or declination letter within 24 hours of receiving the aforementioned documents.

4. Term Sheet
• Liberty Capital will send a Term Sheet specifying the terms of the loan.
• Borrower must sign Term Sheet Agreement in order to finalize underwriting and move to funding.

5. Funding
• Loan Documents to Escrow within 24 hours of Approval with same day funding capability on all loans.
