A mortgage loan officer needed a bridge loan on an owner occupied purchase of a bank owned property.  The borrower needed to have a co-borrower come on at the last second to save the purchase and closely quickly.  The co-borrower guaranteed our loan and had liquid cash to pay for this house two times.  The borrower/co-borrower put down 25% down along with the home appraising for about 10% more than the purchase price since it was a bank owned property.  Once Liberty Capital helped purchase the property the mortgage loan officer turned around and immediately refinance out the loan in 35 days.  The mortgage loan officer and buyer were thankful for Liberty Capital being able to step up and help close out the purchase transaction at the last minute.
