A real estate fix and flip investor buying property in his company’s LLC came to us with an opportunity to purchase a bank owned (REO) property.  The buyer got the property in contract for 20% off the original list price after the home had been on the market for only a little over two months.  The investor wanted to utilize Liberty Capital’s fix and flip loan product.  He remodeled the home in about 5 weeks and the home sold at the strike price the investor was aiming for and realized a solid profit.
