Bridge Loan Program

Liberty Capital offers its standard bridge loan to borrowers that need more time in order to realize their ultimate exit strategy. This loan must be securitized in first lien position on either residential, multi-family or commercial real estate (no land).

Liberty Capital’s bridge loan is for qualified borrowers with a viable exit strategy within 6 months of the funding of the loan. Our bridge loan can be used for (1) purchase transactions, (2) refinance transactions and (3) on cash out transactions.

Loan Requirements: 1st Lien Position LTV =<65% of Current Market Value Viable Exit Strategy in Place

Standard Loan Fees: 3-5% Origination Fee 10-14% Interest Rate $500.00 Administrative Fee

We lend to both individuals and LLCs and we require personal guarantees on all our loans.
